They're very upfront—goals and OKRs are clear, and we get weekly updates on all key metrics regarding the company OKR

Annual bonus, plus regular compensation reviews.

I work on multiple teams, so I get to experience different working methods, plus I get to flex different skills across the teams I'm on.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciate feeling supported by both my direct manager and my skip manager. They show genuine interest in how I'm doing, whether I'm enjoying my work or feeling overwhelmed, and they want to help me progress in my career.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They took the time to give really thoughtful feedback on my trial project. Even if I hadn't gotten the job, it was very helpful to get that insight.
What makes you most happy at work?
We get enough feedback to know when we're genuinely doing a good job. (No imposter syndrome creeps in here!)
