Holidays and special events. I enjoy doing small things to make my team feel appreciated.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to be appreicated. I dont feel appreicated. A thank you goes a long way. Also, other managers who have less responsibilities than me are paid more which I do not think is fair.
