Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to be appreicated. I dont feel appreicated. A thank you goes a long way. Also, other managers who have less responsibilities than me are paid more which I do not think is fair.
What are some of the best things about your team?
the crew on the floor always work together with a timely manner. we respect each other and do our best to get the job done safely and efficiently.
