The conversational style of the interview. It made it possible to act natural and feel relaxed, which made it easier to talk about myself and my strengths.

I enjoy building relationships with my coworkers, and not just over work-stuff. We care about each other as people and friends and care about each others lives outside of work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
