Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better about my compensation if it was higher. I have experience with the PEO industry, specifically with EHR; as well as the HRIS system we use. I have extensive experience in client facing scenarios, so I feel my compensation could increase.
Knowing what other members are making on the team and due to my tenure here and value to the team I feel that I can be making more.
