Mangers make an effort to honor and acknowledge employee successes and create a positive working environment.
They are very approachable and treat people like humans, rather than a lot number

My direct supervisor is by far the best boss I have ever had. Management in general is very supportive of individuals, understanding of hardship, and works directly with staff to ensure personal success and growth.

Compensation/raises are minimal when they occur and do not always reflect the work that my team does and all the responsibility that we are entrusted with in comparison to other teams and their responsibilities.

One of the best teams I've ever managed, they all work very cohesively together

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewing manager was very personable. He was not a robot reading from a script. He really wanted to know me as a person, not just a person to fill a seat.
