FactSet Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Health benefits and retirement matching are fair

Good medical benefits and time off

Yearly bonus is something I like

Options have been super valuable over time.

Free lunch, 401k match, stock options

free shuttle services and health and medical coverage

Review from Engineering Dept

Basic salary and pension benefits.

Great PTO and sick time

The benefits like shuttle service, retirement and provident plans, and leave credits.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Being paid the market value

Promotions and raises involve little merit. Based on tenure versus work quality.

Comparing it to competitors, we are less paid when we are doing almost the same thing but just with different platforms.

People who are working from so long are not paid fairly and those who are joining recently are having a good pay. Everyone should be given the same pay

Basic Pay does not compensate the task
