Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as though this bank shows favoritism. They are a great bank to work for but when it comes to internal jobs; they try to make it fair but in reality they already chose who they felt could have it.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
DRAMA! i feel if you get paid to come to work you should do that, but to be in drama and being two faced isn't tolerable for myself.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love my managers, and the job itself; BUT its way to much messiness going around.

The interview process was nerve wrecking. Its almost like good cop bad cop which makes you confident but unsure at the same time.

What makes you most happy at work?
I used to love everything about the job, but the customers are what brighten my day. I rather stay quiet and to myself until a customer is in office
