They need to stop blowing smoke and mirrors to every employee complaint. They need to implement real changes to address red-flag, OSHA non-compliant clinic issues. Management words hold no weight. They say they hear emoloyees concerns; they say they will look into it; but that's as far as it goes...
Unethical practices and does not follow standard of care
Manager extends my hours without talking about it to me first. When I am given a handful of tasks to do at once with no DA able to help, I get overwhelmed. I was sent home for telling Pricilla I was overwhelmed & she didn't understand why.
Doing more than what was stated in the contract because the clinics are so understaff (no one can stay long because of the poor office management). Need to be paid for constantly working overtime due to severe understaffing and performing much more than what my contract stated.
This competive attracts very greedy and competitive people. Makes for a very cut throught and unfriendly work culture
There is this one coworker that I will not tolerate any longer and I highly doubt anyone else here at the office will. If there is someone i can get in contact with through email please let me know.
Scale down everyrhing. Lower patient volume, higher quality in dental supplies. Stop focusing on money and start focusing on quality dental care
Yes it needs to, need to have well qualified and more reasonable decision makers on board
Need to more honest. Oversold and overpromised on working conditions and company benefits. Lied about why previous emoloyees left. Pressured me into signing contract.
Management, call center & receptionists overbooking appointments or booking appointments incorrectly.
