- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Management, call center & receptionists overbooking appointments or booking appointments incorrectly.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Manager extends my hours without talking about it to me first. When I am given a handful of tasks to do at once with no DA able to help, I get overwhelmed. I was sent home for telling Pricilla I was overwhelmed & she didn't understand why.
- What would you improve about your company's interview process?Need to more honest. Oversold and overpromised on working conditions and company benefits. Lied about why previous emoloyees left. Pressured me into signing contract.
