What do you like best about the leadership team?
Positivity and encouragement, have a desire and passion for their job.

Communicating with transparency, clarity, respect, and consideration.
Communication, consistency, values, integrity, morals
Leading and encouraging. They have no idea how to run a restaurant
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There is no compensation package that I?
Bonuses are a good time
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Poor pay, poor benefits, and poor management
I feel undervalued because your management doesn't care. A raise would make me feel better
They never offer any kind of incentives let alone essential raises to exemplary employees.
Better pay is needed for staff
I have made more money doing less work elsewhere. I also feel as a woman, I don't have as much say in what goes on
What are some of the best things about your team?
Building relationships with my coworkers.
We work great together. Everyone is friendly and courteous
All the originality we have individually.
The other servers are what make me stay. Teamwork makes the dream work.
Everybody gets along and works good together
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There needs to be accountability among everyone not just a certain fer. It has gotten so bad over the years.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Great employees that help each other out
That they are involved in the community
The interactions with the guests I have, can make my day. Especially seeing a regular and catching up. Feeling like I'm human I guess not just a task machine.
We all have good attitudes
We are all a team that join together and help everyone out.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Encourage teamwork and comraderie among workers

The regulars that come in everyday to see me.
To be able to talk and get to know coustmers everyday
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything honestly, horrible decisions being made and they do not respect employees
There is no accountability among the managers. You cannot expect three employees to do the jobs of everyone elso.
