What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very approachable and kind people
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership at my store seems to thrive on favoritism. Some of the managers are there for a paycheck, nothing more.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The insurance plan has gotten much better in recent years. Once a joke, it is now comparable with some of the best plans out there.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The team works well together but needs to be led more effectively by management.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All just nice people really

Company culture only seems to be promoted at a few events throughout the year.

That I got to do a fun challenge

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The organization needs more leaders among the management team. The staff wants to be led, not directed as if they were drones.
