Better Pay for the expectations. Standards and Policies are different at every Farmboy even though there are the same policy. Management pick and choice what to follow and not follow. I see alot of staff who deserves to get promoted get rejected.

More feedback when they're at the store. What they see and to improve.

A pay increase and benefits could be better. Other retail store pay more
What did you like most about the interview process?
They had a phone call interview with you first and if they liked what they heard over the phone, they went with the next step with in person interview.
