What do you like best about the leadership team?
Some are clearly dedicated and lead by example.
More feedback when they're at the store. What they see and to improve.
they can work with the worst VPs in the industry!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Respecting the low level workers, not cutting hours
Management needs to improve in ALL WAYS possible. How I got treated was border line emotionally abusive by all levels of management.
It's not them, you have to know how to say no
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is severance

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Working way overtime, without pay
Getting paid fairly, and not getting the hours cut all the time because they want to save a buck
Fair wages for hours worked. Reliable available hours. Sufficient capable staff.
A pay increase and benefits could be better. Other retail store pay more
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good people, nice to talk to
Nice people, except the executives who shouldn't even be considered human
Very friendly and kind all the time. Always greets and smiles.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
be less greedy ,care at least a little for the customer
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Good people, supportive and encouraging

My co workers are the most uplifting people ever
Consistent messaging, on-going training and regular health and safety reviews.
We get personal days and alternate on weekends when to work.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Screen their department managers and upper management better. They love to promote rookies as store managers and department managers…with no experienc
What did you like most about the interview process?
Very thorough, be prepared. not too overwhelming though
Understanding, engaging, and well respected
They had a phone call interview with you first and if they liked what they heard over the phone, they went with the next step with in person interview.
