What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think leader ship really cares. I also think leader ship can be stronger and more driving, especially in sales. When I first started, we had fairly regular in person meetings, but the nature of my job makes it, so it's a lot harder to have that.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Team has no direction or experience
Poor management team and direction
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is more than fair.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
These people didnt give the farmers the day off for ceasar chavez day...that is so wrong on so many levels
No direction or promotion and communication
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good energ good banter good people
it's a fairly conscientious group
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
No meetings held or training
No meetings held with teams
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fun coworkers. I look forward to seeing them
I think from the top down in the bottom up, people, more or less care about the vision, and I think it's a fairly clear vision as well as being well rounded.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
No culture or incentives to make better
No leadership and poor direction
What did you like most about the interview process?
You literally only need a pulse to get a job here. They'll hire anyone that is dumb enough to show up to an interview, amd even people who no-show get call backs.
Didnt like process but it was average

What makes you most happy at work?
I feel most happy when I'm able to make connections with people directly and that's on the customer end. On interfacing with management, strong leader ship respect for talent, and what I bring make me feel good.
