She was an independent consultant with Farmer Bros. on a number of strategic initiatives, including manufacturing sourcing, supply chain improvement, M&A and project implementation. Prior to working with Farmer Bros., she served as Chief Sustainability Officer and Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Design at Sunny Delight Beverages Company from 2014 to March 22, 2016. She joined Sunny Delight in January 2001. She served as Senior Vice President of Global Manufacturing and Technology at Sunny Delight Beverages Company since August 2004. Ms. Iobst served as Senior Vice President of Global Manufacturing & Technology at The Elations Company, LLC. She spent 23 years with Procter & Gamble. Twenty of those years were spent in Manufacturing, where she held a number of management positions in both manufacturing and technical roles, including Plant Manager. During that time, she served in a wide range of technologies from disposable-diaper-making to coffee manufacturing and from papermaking to juice-concentrate-making and filling. Her last three years at P&G were spent in Supply Chain roles, including Sunny Delight North America and Global Pringles. Ms. Iobst graduated with a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University.
