It is neautral. I wouldn’t say it is horrible but there are things I can complain about.

Everyone is diverse and different. The styles come together to make a very diversified environment.

I feel like I don’t get paid as much as I should considering the work I am doing. I’d feel better if I got more bonuses or feel welcome at my job.
