What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good stuff amazing quality and amazing people
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't recieve a living wage and being able to pay my bills without sacrificing my mental health would be great.
I feel like I don’t get paid as much as I should considering the work I am doing. I’d feel better if I got more bonuses or feel welcome at my job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They’re hard workers and are very friendly to customers.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is diverse and different. The styles come together to make a very diversified environment.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Pay. Well paid employees are happier and more willing to work. Minimum wage gets you minimum effort.

I need better pay so I don't have to work myself to the bone.
I don’t feel like I belong. My boss is barely doing his job.
