They truly care about supporting employees. You can have an open conversation with each person of the executive team without fearing retaliation

There is always a desire to help out, even if it isn't 'your problem.'
We have a strong team dynamic and everyone want to help and support everyone else.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They try really hard with culture and it shows. There is sometimes a sense of uncertainty, but the energy usually makes up for it.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet a lot of the people I would be working with, but that made for a very long and drawn out process. I think I had 5-6 interviews.

The focus on individual growth, knowledge, and learning. We devote a lot fo company times to learning initiatives.
