- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Nothing even close to what the job posting offered. Management did not want to here a word, even from someone that has been doing this for decades
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?They are so pressured into making goals to earn a living that morales change.
