What do you like best about the leadership team?
Discipline is a big thing, we all work together in the worst moments.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Chain of command, and talling behind peoples backs .
Listening to employees suggestions and ideas
Look for all categories of workers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is consistent and foreseeable
It keeps me from dying. I have sick and health care is in the package to me each month.
Pension once you meet your minimum retirement age and the health benefits.
Health and dental coverage. Life insurance
The salary. The rest is awful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If i was paid more
What are some of the best things about your team?
It is a brother-and-sisterhood. Everyone respects their colleagues, relies on them, sometimes with their lives....
We have very good resources
Creative people. Willing to help each other
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Gain a great deal more on the job experience and engage more proactively.
No need to work together for forensic experts. Maybe by asking for experiences in other cases.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We enter on duty and know that we have a job to do. Then we go about doing it. And we enjoy the heck out of it.
We have Flexible work hours.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Become more progressive and embrace what is the 21st Century.
If people were more truthful and stopped being corrupt by playing politics.
Treat all classes of workers fairly, not giving one class more importance.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was hired for the position.
They acted sort of professional
There was an interview board and the questions were straight forward and practical

The fact that I'll meet my minimum retirement age in three years.
