What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Company needs to give annual raises to its employees. The following policies need to change: $40 a day meal policy, hotel room sharing, paying the entire cost for a company cellphone, $160 a night max expense for a hotel room in NYC and bad air policy. Sr. Management act like they are cool.
