What is FDV Solutions' policy towards pets in the workplace?
no pets
How helpful was your Engineering team when you were first hired at FDV Solutions?
Very helpful. At least my TL.
Does FDV Solutions drug test or do a background check?
They don't do background or drug test. More people than you think wouldn't have get into the company.
How does FDV Solutions handle HR issues?
By shutting down everyone whose thought is not aligned with theirs. Don't even get me started with their political correctness.
What skills do you need to be successful in the Engineering department at FDV Solutions?
Social skills. No technical. Just social. Some teammates are awful in their technical skills, but they can get whatever they ask just because they're friend of everyone in the office.
How are the career growth opportunities on the Engineering team at FDV Solutions?
Very low. You can get a 8 out of 10 in their feedback, but they don't tell you how to grow. They just let you be a good employee in your current role. Maybe if you're a good friend to you PM or CEO, you're good to go.
How innovative is FDV Solutions?
None. The client dictates the technology used and most of the time is old technology just to update another old system.
What's the best part of your job at FDV Solutions?
I really don't know. Even if Intive-FDV is all about giving freedom to their workers, it almost all depends on the client. If the client limits you, Intive-FDV doesn't intervine. They let you be exploited by the client, if that means more money into their pockets.
What are you most excited about working at FDV Solutions?

If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at FDV Solutions?
Less political and more technical. We cannot make jokes without being insulted by offended folks. Please, do not make the office a place where political correctness is more important than salaries and technical training. We're not children that have to be scolded for being "offensive". Keep in line those offended, and train them to be more thick skinned.

67% of the same employees also feel like FDV Solutions is invested in their career growth. On average, majority of employees do not have a mentor to help them navigate their career at FDV Solutions.
