medical coverage, working conditions are excellent

The retirement currently is the best compared to private sector.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Yes. I would feel better if my job paid me more for the job I do.

Bonus was cut as my salary was "too high" compared to others even though I had more experience.
