Mr. Paul A. Uhlman has been President of Federated Securities Corp since June 15, 2016. Mr. Uhlman is responsible for Federated's overall sales efforts and provides leadership for Federated's four sales units: broker/dealer; wealth management and trust; global and institutional; and separately managed accounts. He has been Vice President of Federated Investors, Inc. since June 15, 2016. He is a 26-year veteran of Federated Investors. He served as Vice President of Federated Securities Corp. since 1995 and served as its Executive Vice President since 2010. He served as an Executive Vice President Federated Investors, Inc. from 2010 to June 15, 2016 and National Sales Director of Institutional Sales from 2007 to June 15, 2016. He served as Chief Compliance Officer of Federated Investors, Inc. In this role, he led Federated responsible for sales to pension accounts and other retirement programs, endowments, foundations, states and other government entities. He joined Federated in 1990, serving as an Account Administrator and sales representative and later as a Vice President in trust sales. In 1999, his role expanded to sales director, global accounts and was named Senior Vice President in 2004. He has been Director of Federated Securities Corp., since June 15, 2016. He is a director, trustee or officer of certain subsidiaries of Federated. Mr. Uhlman has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Columbia University.
