The company has a learning culture. We are in a new industry and all trying to learn and adjust our approach to the market as quick as possible. Mistakes are ok, they are an integral part of the learning process!
We are all excited about the possibilities of the technology we're working on, and every day is all hands on deck for achieving our goals. This is a truly collaborative environment.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Following the interview process, the decisions were made quickly and I was not left waiting for a response
Interviewed by a broad cross section of executives and peers.
Senior Engineers made the interview look like a chat while they were asking a lot of questions from us.
