We work well together, criticism is constructive and relationships are strong. Willingness to help is a huge quality in my team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt at ease, I was given a chance to talk and interview the panel as much as they were me, very transparent and honest on many levels.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is lots of trust behind each individual, all offer strong leadership styles and truly take advice and apply it. They work cohesively and create a very accepting atmosphere. All group and 1:1 interactions have been positive.
