What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are very approachable and recognize when certain teams put forth a lot of effort into a project.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hold all managers to the same standard.
Sometimes they can be too hands on, slowing down progress of the project since you need their approval but cannot contact them due to their busy schedules.
What is the best part about your compensation package?

Collaborative, progressive, innovative, team-oriented, fun, encouraging and supportive
They are always willing to jump in to help, especially when one member has a larger workload.

Everyone is warm, friendly and welcoming - qualities surely from the fact that we are family owned. In my department we work hard but have a lot of laughs. There's also an amazingly supportive culture when it comes to work-life balance/integration.
My co-workers strive to follow our core values of integrity, initiative, passion and teamwork.

Some processes take longer than they need to and it can delay the completion of a project. Sometimes this can make us look bad as a company.
