James P. Fuller — Partner at Fenwick & West

Mr. James P. Fuller, also known as Jim, serves as Partner of Fenwick & West LLP. Mr. Fuller is a Practice Group Leader of the Fenwick & West 's tax practice group. Mr. Fuller serves as Departmental Editor of the Journal of Taxation and is on numerous advisory and editorial advisory boards. He served as Chairman of the American Bar Association's Foreign Tax Credit, Section 482 and Foreign Currency Subcommittees. He serves as Member of Advisory Board of ONESOURCE State Apportionment. He was selected in surveys by International Tax Review as the top Tax Advisor in the western U.S. six years in a row from 1994 to 1999, and appears in Euromoney's Best Tax Lawyers in the world, and the Best Lawyers in America by Woodward White. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board of Atlas Information Group, Inc. He served as a Member of Advisory Board at Liquid Engines, Inc. Mr. Fuller also teaches international tax at Stanford University Law School.
