Michael F. Solomon has been a Partner in the law firm of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP specializing in tax and corporate transactions since August 2003. Mr. Solomon serves as a Partner of Fenwick & West, LLP. He is also a long-time private investor in numerous businesses on whose boards he has served. From July, 2001 to August 2003, Mr. Solomon served as a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. His practice has been heavily concentrated in the technology and research and development sectors and he has been specifically involved in cases addressing fuel cell technology. He served as a Director of Neah Power Systems, Inc. from March 2006 to May 2009. He is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Georgetown University Law Center and received an honors graduate of both Yale University in 1974 and Harvard Law School in 1977.
