Ms. Susan Samuels Muck is a Partner at Fenwick & West LLP. Formerly she was a Partner at Clifford Chance LLP. Prior to that she was also employed at Brobeck Phleger & Harrison, L.L.P. and Shearman & Sterling. has extensive experience representing companies, financial institutions and individuals in securities class actions, SEC enforcement proceedings, derivative actions and other complex commercial litigation. Ms. Muck regularly advises companies on corporate governance, fiduciary duties and disclosure issues. She serves as counsel to boards of directors in connection with internal investigations and shareholder derivative demands and advises financial institutions with respect to compliance programs, supervisory procedures and other internal controls. In 1999, Ms. Muck successfully defended a major broker-dealer in one of the most significant trials brought by the SEC in the past decade
