Local management is good, upper is not any good
Listen to recommendations. Communication a plus.
He basically leaves us alone bit not always a good thing when people take advantage of it
In my experience they work hard to make employees feel appreciated. They seem pretty down to earth and I love working for the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Recognizing burnout, or not hiring another member of a team when promotions should be happening first

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Yearly bonus. Raises are not where they need to be wirh thte high inflation.

The CEO and COO drive the positive culture.
Love the environment! One of the better company's I've ever worked for.

Treat every customer as your own unless you short fill your customers then fill it like i fill yours
