The personnel makes it hard to want to stick around.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The interviews are a minimum of 2 hours and that's too long!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my immediate team except for my supervisor. A real team listens and collaborates together effectively.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive would be that if the manager wasn't who she was, I actually enjoy my job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership needs A LOT of work. I dont know how they haven't fired my supervisor because all she does is make everyone quit or leave.
