actually putting our customers first instead of profits. focusing on finding real solutions to problems instead of temporary fixes just to save a few bucks.

The dental care is covered
the health and insurance benefits are great, 401k match is 7% which is more than other companies.

Getting to learn about the company I was going to work for.
Everyone was casual and relaxed, but still professional. Seemed more interested in my motivation to learn the job than my experience.

The money is very good

This company is more focused on the bottom line than they are with employee retention. More work is shifted to India for less money.
