Just stressed out from Day one. The on board training was sub par. Teams didnt have access nor the resources to meet client demand which made it super difficult to meet KPIs.

Overall an ok place to work. Very client focused, great business model, decent culture, great flexibility, but pay is well below market comps and the required training is repetitive and practically a full time job
