What do you like best about the leadership team?
The managers that i reported to throughtout my time at AMS were fantastic.

AMS Cleveland location needs a whole new management team. I would like to see more diversity representation.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits were competitive as well as the perks
Compensation package is industry standard. Nothing wowie.
Compensation was paid timely and there is no hiddeen cut offs

Salary is laughably low - someone really should revisit market comps

Truly cared about the quality of work they produced
We really get along and are great about helping each other out via MS Teams.
They help each other since no support from leaders
Everyone really does work as one unit. People are open and willinging to teach/learn.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers are positive but it’s very much a club/clique with people who have been around for yea
Not all of my coworkers are bad people. Majority of the employees including management are not friendly people. They will walk by you, look you in the eyes and roll their eyes or look down.

It was a case study interview. I was able to demonstrate what I know rather than tell them what I know.
The process was streamlined and flowed well.

Autonomy to get my work acccomplished.
Being able to work remotely but still have a work family even if we are all far away.

Leaders and management need to change they are very orthaudox specially delhi team work
Just throw the whole company away! (Cleveland location will drag the entire company down as a whole)
