Just stressed out from Day one. The on board training was sub par. Teams didnt have access nor the resources to meet client demand which made it super difficult to meet KPIs.

Great working environment, work life balance
The job is easy. Most of the Management is overseas in the UK and... let's say how things are handled in the UK versus the UK is quite different. I was left alone for 2 months after the US based Lead went on maternity leave. No help at all from the UK team. But was expected to carry on.
