What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our total compensation which includes a generous 401K match, vacation policy, and matching funds are great. The culture and development help close any wage gaps for me that might exist.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The genuine love and care that each member has for one another. The humor and fun that fills the office can't be beat. I truly wake up each day excited to go to work.
Everyone helps each other and gives pointers to each other.
That they have me on their side.
The meetings are too generic
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There are no meetings based on geographic areas.
Communication is key to accomplish any task
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Researching marketing information about products.
We have a culture of grace and love. And we celebrate big and small wins
I enjoy the flexibility that is offered to me.
The independence and flexible scheduling.
I'm an independent contractor so I don't have to report to an office
