What is the best part about your compensation package?
The flexibility allowed (and even encouraged) in order to seek a good work-life balance. They want to compensate us in a way that allows us to take care of ourselves and our families, not just money but care and support.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The emphasis on our core values. Lots of companies pay lip service to value statements, but we really try to live and embody them on a daily basis, both in and out of work. They're sincerely-held beliefs, not sarcastic punchlines.
