Field Agent's a great place to work with even better people. Sometimes I worry that priorities change quickly from the top and those things arent communicated well. I also worry that as other companies have expanded benefits and WFH, our compensation is not high enough to attract and retain talent.

Really great group of people that I legitimately like - hard to complain.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel challenged by what I'm doing and I like the folks that I'm doing it with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People legitimately like each other and lean into the culture. Culture comes from the bottom in many cases.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They really seem to care about what we have going on and how they can best set us up for success.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to similar companies, I'm making much less money than I could be making. Benefits are very good, but many companies in the area have seen the importance of benefits and expanded their offering significantly, causing the gap to be smaller than it was a few years ago.
