Not a bad place to get started, but not much room for growth - senior leadership is deeply entrenched and not usually open to new ideas. On the bright side, the remote work/flex time options are something that not many other places offer, and they can be very useful to maintain work/life balance!

We do not pay the market rate for similar positions in the geographic area.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Getting to meet members of the team to ensure a good fit all the way around. You really get to see the day-to-day, which is a huge help when deciding whether to sign or not.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company is growing faster than management can keep up - this manifests as a lack of stability, and too many exceptions to too many rules :( More resources are required to provide the same level of excellence that got us to this point.
