Mostly open to discussion, need to continue to work on transparency as company grows

Achievable bonus goals and opportunity to earn more
It's a balanced compensation package with a fair salary and bonus plus stock options being at the center.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We do not pay the market rate for similar positions in the geographic area.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart and mostly friendly, eager to help the team succeed
We have a cohesive group who like working together and we support each other very well.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flex time and free food!
The culture is excellent at Unified because it is a consistent focus of our senior executive team. People are encouraged to speak up and share ideas. Employees feel more empowered because of the strong company culture at Unified.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
Getting to meet members of the team to ensure a good fit all the way around. You really get to see the day-to-day, which is a huge help when deciding whether to sign or not.

I'm most happy when I am contributing in many different ways.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company is growing faster than management can keep up - this manifests as a lack of stability, and too many exceptions to too many rules :( More resources are required to provide the same level of excellence that got us to this point.
