What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency is prevalent across all leadership and accessibility. The CEO and team does not sit in an ivory tower.
Demonstrable expertise in payments field with the necessary balance of mentalities to lead success after success.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everyone in the organization gets equity - its nice when other startups save this perk for c-suite only
Compensation/Equity is incredibly fair for the position nationally but just outstanding in local area.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is friendly and collaborative. We all work hard to reach the company objectives
Agile platform with daily standups. Lots of opportunities for collaborative coworking. Very flexible with understandably high standards. Founders mentality all around.

I feel like I can bring my authentic self to work each day and be respected and valued

What did you like most about the interview process?
In depth conversations about aligning on cultural fit to ensure it wasn't them selling me on the role but rather a mutual fit for me and Finexio.
The interview process was very conversational and personal as "HR Process" really has not been established yet.

What makes you most happy at work?
Having a voice, being value added and working with a team that is contributing just as much as I am
It's unbelievable to even me some days, but I've finally found a group of good people, who are good at what they do, trying to establish a good business. There's an alignment of incentives, vision, and (so far) execution.
