Its still a growing company and everyone here understands that. There is room to test new ideas while being able to grow the company

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was really straightforward. I didn't have to guess what they were looking for, it was always presented to me in a clear way which allowed me to truly answer the questions presented.
The honesty of what was good and bad. Where they wanted to go. It was a very transparent process.
