Autonomous accountability, mostly casual interactions
The people on the shop floor are interested in the job.
Diversity, culture, learnings from mistakes, etc.
The team I work with is driven to succeed and provide value for our customers. There is a strong safety focus.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Employee resource groups really trying to make an impact
Amazing people and culture, teams are strong and well managed.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There is a disconnect between the needs of the frontline staff and the willingness of upper management to sufficiently invest in the business causing frustration for those attempting to efficiently complete their tasks
What did you like most about the interview process?
Easy communication from HR. Kept me updated with the process and set up interviews with the people I work with.

Collaborating with other departments to come up with innovative solutions and the employee resource groups.

The work load is often not realistic and as a result the work/life balance is quite skewed
