Prior to joining Apptera, Mr. Verdecanna served as Corporate Controller of Ipass Inc. from October 2000 to July 31, 2009, Principal Accounting Officer from January 2003 to July 31, 2009, Chief Financial Officer from December 5, 2005 to July 31, 2009 and Vice President from December 2005 to July 31, 2009. Mr. Verdecanna served as an Acting Chief Financial Officer of Ipass Inc. from June 2005 to December 2005. Prior to joining iPass, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Impact Hire, Inc., from October 1999 to October 2000. From November 1996 to June 1999, Mr. Verdecanna served in various positions, lastly as Corporate Controller of Interlink Computer Sciences, Inc. From December 1993 to November 1996, Mr. Verdecanna worked for Coopers and Lybrand L.L.P., lastly as a Senior Associate. He is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University - San Luis Obispo.
