Jason L. Martin — Executive Vice President of Global Engineering and Security Products at FireEye, Inc.

Mr. Jason L. Martin has been Executive Vice President of Global Engineering and Security Products at FireEye, Inc since October 19, 2016 and served as its Senior Vice President of Global Engineering and Security Products since December 17, 2016 until October 19, 2016. Mr. Martin oversees the teams responsible for developing FireEye cloud, network and endpoint products and evolving the company's technology platform. He served as Vice President of Cloud Business at FireEye, Inc. He joined FireEye in 2013, and previously led the company's Global Cloud Services and Operations organization. Prior to that, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Secure DNA. He has over fifteen years of experience in Information Security and is the co-founder of the Shakacon Security Conference. Mr. Martin has over fourteen years of experience in Information Technology (IT) security, IT audit, IT control assessment and reengineering, and business continuity planning. Prior to joining Secure DNA, he led KPMG's Information Risk Management Group in Hawai'i and was part of the KPMG's Global Information Security Services group. He serves as Member of Board of Advisor at OneMedNet Corporation. He served as a Director of Authy Inc. Mr. Martin is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT), Certified in the Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).
