Ms. Julie Anne Cullivan has been a Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Business Operations at ForeScout Technologies, Inc. since July 27, 2017. Ms. Cullivan served as the Chief Information Officer of FireEye, Inc. since February 2013 and its Executive Vice President of Business Operations since October 19, 2016. Ms. Cullivan was responsible for FireEye's information technology infrastructure and roadmap to ensure its capability and readiness to support the business needs. She has over 25 years of systems and programs experience in large enterprise high tech companies. She served as Senior Vice President of Business Operations of FireEye, Inc. until October 19, 2016. She is responsible for leading the cross functional initiatives and information security strategy to support the fast-growing company. A thought leader in sales, channel, cloud, cyber security and business digitization, she is adept at implementing innovative technology solutions to enable such strategic imperatives. She is a recognized leader in the cyber security field and a sought-after speaker on topics including women in security, security as a boardroom imperative, innovation and building high impact teams. She served as Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing Operations at Autodesk, where she led the global rollout of new CRM, eLearning and lead management systems and evaluated new technologies and tools to improve productivity and optimize resources. Prior to Autodesk, she held executive roles at McAfee, EMC, Asera and Oracle. She has been a Director at Axon Enterprise, Inc. since July 19, 2017. She has extensive business, information technology and cyber security expertise to the Axon Board. Ms. Cullivan holds B.S. degree in Finance from Santa Clara University.
