Before joining Nelco Ltd. he was the Managing Director for India and SAARC at Avaya Services, responsible for sales and service delivery. Mr. Shitole has also held various senior roles at Cisco and worked extensively across the Asia, Pacific and Japan region. Mr. Shitole holds an MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies in Marketing Management from 1994 to 1997 in India and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics from Walchand Institute of Technology, India from 1986 to 1990.
