What did you like most about the interview process?
I am the owner so I really didn't have to interview myself.
It was quick and efficient.
Short and to the point .. Manger at the time of hire was very friendly .. And showed respect

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They need to be more transparent about average pay and what hours they are going to expect of their employees.
Having a sales manager interview a technician is silly, lead techs should give input on potential candidates
